I'm a counsellor, a cognitive hypnotherapist and an acupuncturist based in Berkhamsted. I have an extensive training in a range of disciplines that can help people with a variety of emotional and physical problems. I use these approaches sometimes alone and sometimes in combination depending on the uniqueness of each client.
My intention as a counsellor is to give you a warm, empathic space to explore whatever it is that's important to you. The therapists that have had the most impact on me have been highly engaged and offered lots of dialogue, and this is how I work - giving you plenty of space to talk, but also facilitating your discovery of yourself in an active guided way
