I am a Clinical Psychologist with almost two decades of experience working with adults to treat a wide range of emotional difficulties. I can provide one to one therapy as well as remote sessions for example, via Skype. I can help with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, including, anxiety, work/exam stress, OCD, abuse, depression, low self-esteem and trauma including PTSD. I also have specialist experience in helping people from a psychological perspective to manage chronic pain conditions, neurological conditions, memory difficulties and other issues associated with ageing.
