These issues and how we currently manage them can prevent us from moving forward. They can also make us feel not too good about ourselves, others and the world. They can impact on our day to day life and relationships. My role is to work with you to create a balance in your life to enable you to move forward. I am also a qualified brain spotting therapist. This is a talk therapy that reveals unprocessed traumas through the use of the visual field.
