There are many reasons why you may be looking for therapy – whether that is simply a space to make sense of where you are in your life right now, a particular difficulty or ongoing challenge, or instigating some change in your life. The ultimate goal is to move forward and my integrative therapy training and experience means I will work with the past, present and future. I work solely online and have been doing so since 2020 with great effect. I have been working for over twenty years as a therapist with trainings in a number of modalities (psychodynamic, CBT, humanistic, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming.
I am working remotely using Zoom which has proved an effective way of working both short- and long-term. I do not specialise in any one area and work holistically with what your bring and am focused on both helping you manage challenges so you can move forwards and drawing upon your strengths. Ultimately, the aim is to help you manage without therapy.
I offer an initial short phone or Zoom session (circa 15 minutes) which will be free so we can discuss your needs and map out a possible way of working together. I can tell you a little about how I work and answer any questions you might have whilst getting a sense of your wishes for therapy.
