I am an integrative therapist offering talk-based therapy, drawing on multiple therapeutic approaches to suit my clients. I work from a soulful (transpersonal) perspective which means I consider what meaning we might make of the difficulties we face as well as looking to understand what events and patterns might have created those difficulties. An important factor for therapy to be successful is the relationship between client and therapist. I work in a warm and sensitive way welcoming open conversation. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore both your internal world and the situation you find yourself in.
Our work together will support immediate challenges and look to understand the ways in which the past may affect your present. Together we can reflect on who you are and what is important to you now and moving forwards. We will look to understand unhelpful patterns and transform them so that you can feel your full potential.
