I’m an experienced therapist with dual Masters level qualifications in both Dance Movement Psychotherapy, and Family & Systemic Psychotherapy. I utilise both approaches in my practice, as well as influences from other modalities to offer a safe, creative space in which to explore the issues which may be bringing you to seek therapy.
I understand that at times it may feel difficult to find the words to express when things don't feel quite right. I offer a holistic approach which will support you to attend and give space to the emotions, thoughts, and/or body-based experiences which may otherwise feel difficult to unpick, understand, and express.
