Hello, I'm an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist offering private therapy to individuals and couples over the age of 18. I have a special interest in mindfulness and specialise in working with people who have chronic health conditions.
I believe that therapy can raise awareness of emotions and feelings by focusing on your experience in the present moment. As a therapist I can help you to become aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it. In becoming more aware of yourself and your environment, you may move towards growth, change and a greater acceptance of yourself.
