As a Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy and Couples Counsellor, I maintain a full private practice working online with adults and couples. I'll tailor the therapy to you, working with you collaboratively to develop the tools, clarity, & understanding you need to grow and heal while honouring the humanness in what you're going through and the unique way you experience life. Together, we could uncover the beliefs and patterns that hurt or hold you back and pattern new, healthier ways of being with yourself and others.
I've worked with a wide range of issues and people from diverse backgrounds. My areas of expertise include relationship issues, relational trauma, grief counselling, identity issues, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in working with non-native people (immigrants/expats/international students).
My mission is to guide people home to themselves, reconnecting them with where they come from and who they’ve been so they can make more room for who they are now. I support people in remembering that, even as they stand on their own, they aren’t alone and are worthy of belonging just as they are.
