I have over 20 years experience as a therapist. I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and a BACP Senior Accredited Therapist. I am also an EMDR trained therapist. I work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
