Psychology and Sports have always intrigued me. I specialized in Sports and Exercise Psychology in 2016. I have competed as an international Judo athlete for India and won many national medals. I am experienced in supporting athletes individually and working with teams to improve their psychological skills as a unit. I have worked with young athletes who are breaking into the National level and also worked with professional and GB athletes. My clients range from 11yrs old to 55 years old in sports such as Golf, Tennis, Table tennis, Basketball, Football, Equestrian, Rowing, and many more sports.
I am specialising in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT). My sessions focus on my client's immediate priorities working towards a long-term plan to excel and grow as a person and an athlete. I am currently working towards my Qualification in Sports and Exercise Psychology with the British Psychological Society.
I see my client as a whole person. When the person is happy, the performer within them will naturally flourish. I love to know about my client's sporting experiences and often observe their training sessions and competitions to see how passionate they are and understand what it feels like to be in their shoes.
