As a therapist, I work to an integrative relational model, which means that I may draw upon a range of theory in our work together. However, I am not prescriptive in my work, as for me, I honour a persons lived experience, what matters to them and how they experience themselves, the world and others. This, helping to create a sense of trust whilst adding a richness to our therapeutic relationship.

As a therapist, I will work alongside you to create a safe containing space, to explore those things that may bring you distress. To unpack your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment, at your pace.
As a sex and relationship therapist in training, I apply these same professional standards and work to COSRT ethical framework. Sex and relationship therapy, can be really helpful in supporting a person, inclusive of any gender, experiencing a sexual function problem, once a biological cause has been ruled out.
