I am a qualified Counsellor and a Psychotherapist in clinical training. I have experience supporting people suffering from anxiety, work-related stress, depression, panic attacks, OCD and PTSD. I work with clients who want more confidence and wish to make different life choices. I also offer counselling to couples who are having difficulties or who simply want more insight into their relationship dynamics. I have experience working with clients who experience anxiety and teach my clients simple and effective grounding and mindful tools.
