I work with a wide range of difficulties, including self esteem issues, depression, anxiety, pregnancy & birth related issues, relationship difficulties and life transitions. What you might expect to gain from working with me is insight, personal growth and the development of your inner wisdom. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change, to work through issues such as depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
I offer walk and talk therapy; an alternative to working in the traditional therapy room. Rather than sitting inside four walls, we literally go outdoors, exploring issues and problems in the natural environment. Walking alongside each other, literally and metaphorically, can feel like being on more of an equal footing.
As a trained doula, I feel passionately about supporting women through the transition of pregnancy and birth into motherhood. I have experience of supporting women through pregnancy related difficulties, birth trauma and postnatal depression.
