I am Dr Sarah Butler, a Counselling Psychologist offering support online and based in the UK. As a Psychologist I am qualified to work with different problems and difficulties including adult ADHD assessment, depression, anxiety and trauma. My work is enhanced by years of study into the theory and evidence of different therapeutic approaches, and the study of clients' experiences of therapy. This means I can provide a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore your feelings but also learn about the causes of your problems, what keeps them going, how you can make changes. I am also a Flow for depression consultant.

I have 10 years experience in the NHS and can help with a variety of clients. I offer a variety of services including weekly therapy sessions, intensive therapy for trauma, and Flow neuroscience for depression. I am also qualified to provide adult ADHD assessments. I work collaboratively, this means we work as a team to understand your problems.
I appreciate it is hard to reach out for help. I understand it can take time to build trust and that is why I work at a pace that suits you, while holding your goals in mind. During our work together, we will make sure that we are on track and working towards your goals and you are getting what you need from the sessions.
