Rites of Passage: Navigating Life Stages
Group Work is very effective for life Transitions: We are all journeying, and life involves lots of transitions and rites of passage. Erik Erikson famously identified 8 stages of psychosocial development, and described the impact on our wellbeing and behaviours of missing stages. In this small therapy group we explore our family and life experiences; and we help each other to get unstuck where a stage hasn’t been healthily navigated. The outcome is clearer sense of self and resilience.
My Other Groups
Infertility: See You On The Other Side
This is a group for women who have reached their personal 'tipping point.' After years trying to conceive, usually with IVF, most women reach a point where they need to take stock and decide who they are and what they want. In this group, we hold people through the process of mourning and we focus together on making sense of each journey in order to come through to the other side. This is both a painful and creative time; and a transition that I have navigated myself. For more information about joining the waiting list, email me: sarah@rsftherapy.com.
