I am a trainee Gestalt psychotherapist with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute, and UKCP. I offer one hour relational therapy sessions both online, and in-person in Cardiff. If you need some support in working through emotional blocks and outmoded behaviours, I can help. My work is focussed on enabling you to find the healing change and growth that comes from deeper self understanding. What brings you to therapy is something that we explore together as you begin to feel supported by the therapeutic process, which includes a feeling of trust and safety in the working alliance between us.
I offer 1 hour sessions in a central Cardiff location, or online from the comfort of your own home, via Zoom or similar.
