Hello, my name is Sarah Cunliffe. I am a fully qualified and insured Person-centred counsellor. I am a registered member of the British Association of counselling and psychotherapy(MBACP) I am a counsellor with 8 years experience who works to a high standard of professional ethics. I can see clients face to face in either Quorn, or Blaby and i also offer sessions online remotely, which can be relatively flexible.
The core of my practice is to offer you a confidential safe space where you feel supported, understood and respected without feeling judged. My aim is to support you while you explore whatever issues may be causing you distress. I feel strongly about helping you to strengthen your own ability to identify and implement solutions that work for you.
It can feel very overwhelming reaching out for counselling, and i recognise that this can feel really scary.
