Life isn't a straight forward, easy process, it has its roller coaster of ups, downs and roundabouts, how do we maintain our focus on our everyday lives, we attempt to get on with it, but sometimes it can feel like an uphill struggle. We become overloaded, overwhelmed, stressed and irritable and sometimes our friends, family and colleagues notice our behaviour before we do. When we do realise that we need support, help, courage, whatever you chose to call it then we are half way there, the rest is looking for someone to share our difficulties and pressures with. I have over 15 years experience working for different settings.
So this is where I come in, I offer a safe, confidential space for you, somewhere that you can express your hidden thoughts and deep feelings, we go on this journey together and I feel privileged to share the experience with you. I love what I do and I feel everyone who walks through my door wants to be there to receive the help and support that they need.
I offer a free 30-minute' consultation face to face or video so that you can meet me and explain what is going on for you, I will explain how I work and how we can work together, I want you to feel relaxed and safe with me as I feel this is really important in the therapeutic relationship.
