I aim to build a therapeutic relationship with you that is unique to you and offers what you need. We would carefully work at a pace and depth governed by you, to explore coping strategies and understand what has gone on in the past, what is going wrong now and have the ultimate goal of empowering you to find greater control over your life and a different way forward to a better place.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use different therapy strategies to support individuals and couples and I interchange my skills from both these modalities to suit you. Understanding that relationships with parents affect all relationships now is helpful. Our work can be short or longer term and regular reviews ensure that you get the most from our sessions.
Finding the right counsellor is key to find healing from the past and unlocking your potential.
