I am a BACP accredited Psychotherapist, working from my private practice in Hertfordshire and I see children, adults and couples on a 1:1 basis for counselling and Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy and counselling is helpful for many emotional and psychological difficulties as well as providing the opportunity for personal growth. The therapy involves regular weekly confidential sessions, during which we can explore how your present and past experiences can influence current thoughts and behaviour.
I also work with the NHS targeting deprived areas of the country, reducing waiting lists, enabling more patients to access mental health services more quickly. Previously I have been an assessor and therapist at Enfield Counselling Service, The Grief Encounter Organisation, in schools, hospitals, children's centres and secure units.
Elsewhere I set up and ran a counselling service at The Enfield Carers Organisation where I initiated short term work for individuals who required support for each of their personal situations.
