I will help you find what best helps you to be the person you want to be and enable you to find the courage and strength to become that person. Everyone has within them the ability to change, to grow and to bloom. I will assist you in finding and unlocking that ability within you.
A short introductory telephone call is available, to help you decide if I could be the right counsellor for you. If you choose to have therapy with me, we will work on an open ended basis where I will regularly check in with you as to how you are finding your counselling journey and to ensure we are always on the same page.
