I offer integrative therapy drawing predominantly on person-centred and existential approaches with use of cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic therapies, when appropriate, on issues such as anxiety & panic attacks, low mood & depression, low self-esteem & self-confidence, difficult relationships, loss, bereavement, & grief, and challenging life stages.
