A warm welcome to all Adults and Couples. I'm a specialist trained and qualified Trauma Informed Couples Psychotherapist and Counsellor for individual adults. I believe we are complex creatures and affected by many aspects, including biology and how we have experienced the world we have lived in throughout our lives. I can help you if you're affected by; anxiety, depression, anger, addictions, self-harm, relationship difficulties, self-belief/confidence issues, etc. I will provide a safe space, to provide connection, help you understand what you're experiencing and why, to create long term change and growth in your future.
I'm really passionate about my role as a Couples Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I have 24 years experience of practice and knowledge, of connecting with you and offering a safe space, of learning new skills and gaining new insight, so I can help you the best I can.
Getting to this point of seeking help, of reaching out, takes courage and strength.
