Hi, I'm Sam. I understand that it might feel like a really big step to come onto these pages and consider reaching out for support, and I believe it's really important that you find someone that you feel safe and comfortable with. I am counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have experience in counselling adults as well as children and young people on a wide range of life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties and long-term illness.
My role is to create an environment for that helps you to feel safe and comfortable to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together we can gain a deeper understanding, perhaps allowing you to see things through a different lens, enabling you to take gentle steps towards being the best version of you.
