I am a registered psycho-therapeutic counsellor with over 7 years experience offering clients a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what they are finding difficult, gain understanding of their experience and gently work towards self-acceptance. From the very first session, clients are able to learn helpful calming and grounding techniques to help them with feelings of overwhelm and to support them on their healing journey.
I am passionate about cultivating self-compassion and curiosity towards our experiences to help us to connect to our inner worlds so that we are able to shift thinking, release emotional tension and re-pattern underlying beliefs by discovering and utilising our deeper resources.
