I offer a wide range of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions for children, adults and families. I can support parents who are worried about their children's difficulties, I can help adults and children who may struggle with emotional regulation, aggression, self-injury, depression, anxiety, harmful sexual behaviour, trauma, and attachment difficulties.
I support children and adults who present with a range of behavioural, emotional and developmental difficulties. Since 2011, I have specialised in psychological assessments, psychological training and advice, delivering evidence-based psychological therapy, acting as a director of a therapeutic organisation and working in school governance.
I entered this profession with a single goal - to be of help to people. I have supported people with a wide range of difficulties without judgement and with a sole desire to help them to move forwards. I approach all of my patients with empathy and understanding and with an aim to be approachable and to ensure all people I work with feel at ease.
