I am a friendly and compassionate counsellor that offers support from a safe and welcoming setting in Royston. We all struggle and feel low at times. Sometimes we know exactly what the problem is, other times it's not clear. I will work with you to get to the bottom of what is bothering you and help you to find a way to move forward. I have been counselling adults over the age of 21 in Royston for more than 7 years. I am a fully insured and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I have studied and practised a range of therapeutic approaches and would draw on the techniques that best fit with you. Every person is unique and has had different experiences. My way of working can respond to that. I am honest and non-judgemental and am committed to working towards the best possible outcome for you.
Counselling can sometimes be challenging and hard work - and enlightening and life changing - but it's always a responsible choice and a step towards putting yourself first. I also offer small therapeutic support groups in Royston town centre. These groups have limited numbers and are set up to be safe and inclusive spaces where people can share experiences.
