As a clinical psychologist I am trained in the use of psychological formulation; together we will consider your past experiences, current difficulties and your strengths in order to provide a thorough understanding of what has lead you to seek support.
Once we have completed the psychological formulation we can collaboratively consider how to move forward, and I will provide you with simple techniques and skills that will aid your progress and improve resilience to stress, in order to help you manage both current and future difficulties.
