A unique personal insight gained from my own counselling coupled with years of comprehensive training has seen me successfully support numerous others through their own transformation.
As an Integrative Counsellor I will draw from a variety of techniques which will be tailored to you personally. I use a Person Centered core philosophy which means I believe that every individual has the ability to reach their full potential. I am also a Shamanic Practitioner, which can be useful if you are interested, giving you tools to help you heal.
Beginning counselling can feel daunting, so I offer a supportive and safe environment. We will work at your pace and to your agenda and goals, whilst promoting a healthier lifestyle by building self-care techniques and life skills. I will accompany you on your journey of discovery and facilitate the sessions to provide what you need at this time.
