Welcome! My name is Dr. Sally Eccleston and I’m a registered psychologist specialising in a somatic approach to therapy, who works with adults, children, families and schools. I can help you or your child if you are experiencing anxiety and stress, or fear, anger, shutdown or PTSD as a result of trauma. My approach is unique as I offer therapeutic work combining my training in psychology and yoga which is very bespoke to each individual. I offer a combined approach of applied psychology, coaching and mind-body medicine. I am trauma-informed trained and I’m also a registered psychologist. I uniquely work with mind, body and soul to help bring you back into balance and to support you in the areas of your life you wish to focus on. I specialise in working with children and teens.
