I will gently guide you towards a fresh understanding of your situation and together we'll uncover the things that matter to you now. We'll then work on ways to move forward while learning to handle the emotions and thoughts that hold you back. If you're struggling with past events, EMDR therapy can help us work through them so they no longer bother you.
