Hi, I'm Sally and I'm a UKCP registered counsellor based in Matlock . I work as a Counsellor for SAIL a charity which supports survivors of abuse. I have alot of experience with those suffering from anxiety and panic, and with those who are finding it hard to move forward in their lives. If you’re struggling and think that counselling might help , do get in touch. Appointments can be booked on Wednesdays online and Thursdays face to face. I can offer you a trusting counselling relationship where you can feel safe to say what's on your mind without criticism. I can support you to find ways of supporting yourself through the difficulties you are facing. Counselling can help you to feel less isolated instead of struggling on your own.
You can contact me preferably by e mail and I will reply but I will pick up messages if you prefer to speak on the phone and I will ring you back. We can arrange to meet for a first session to see if you feel comfortable enough to start to working together. Counselling sessions can last from 1 session to more longer term work.
