I use my extensive training and life experience to work with individuals and couples, helping them see a bigger picture and become better equipped to deal with their past, present and future. I am trained in Psychosynthesis, Systemic Family Therapy/Constellations and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a safe and confidential space in which to shine a light on areas that need greater understanding, enabling you to reach your full potential, personally and professionally. Through exploring what's going on in your inner world, we can learn to respond rather than react to a situation.
I work both online and from my home in Camden Town, London. It is five minutes walk from both Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tubes. Sessions are one-hour long and are offered on a weekly basis. They can be either long or short term, which can be decided at our initial meeting and reviewed as we start to work.
