Hi, my name is Sal. I work with people with a wide range of issues. Many people come to therapy because they are having a difficult time and want someone to listen to them, others want help in finding reasons why they are feeling this way. Sometimes people have more complex issues and need someone skilled and experienced to help them manage and work through them.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist so I am able to use a range of different modalities of therapy in my work. I work relationally, believing that the relationship between client and therapist can heal relational wounds and help create healthier future relationships, including the relationship with the self.
