My approach to therapy is grounded in Integrative and Transactional Analysis (TA), a framework that helps us understand and change the patterns of behavior, communication, and thought that keep us stuck. It is a developmental approach that helps understand how past experiences influence our present lives, whilst also incorporating other approaches.
I am faith inclusive and can work in faith based way for those needed. Working with me, you will gain insights into your internal dialogues and relational dynamics, also learning to approach yourself with kindness and empathy, allowing for deeper healing and growth.
