Hi, I'm Saffron. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with self esteem, relationship difficulties, or other emotional issues? Counselling and psychotherapy can offer a great source of comfort and relief and help us through difficult times in our lives. I will help you to identify your patterns of behaviour and to understand the reasons why you think about yourself in the way that you do. Gaining an understanding of these issues will provide you with more self awareness, self esteem and confidence and can give you a more balanced outlook which can lead to a more rewarding life and improved relationships.
With over 15 years experience of working with people, and in addition to my private practice, I have also worked extensively in a variety of settings, as well as undertaken training to support clients with alcohol and/or substance misuse issues and the related difficulties that may arise from their addiction, as well as working with trauma from the past.
