I have 26 years experience of working in the charitable sector with people who experience mental distress. I have worked in one to one settings with those experiencing anxiety, depression and Psychosis, providing practical as well as emotional support. I draw on the theoretical approaches of Transactional Analysis, Person Centred Counselling and Gestalt.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused, stuck or in pain, if life is harder than it used to be, or your tried and tested methods aren't working for you anymore, you may benefit from talking to someone outside your usual circle.
