Considering Counselling can be quite nerve racking. However it is important to remember that if you choose to engage with it and accept that changes can and do happen for the better, it has the potential to be life changing. If you are suffering with low mood, low self esteem, anxiety or indeed something much more specific that needs attention then you should book an initial consultation. My experience covers issues named above but so many more. As a trained Counsellor, and Psychotherapist, I believe our relationship is key to a successful change in self defeating behaviour so you can move on to a positive place.
I offer an integrative approach to therapy depending on your needs. I have worked in both the Private and Charity sector of Counselling Organisations. Counselling I offer is empathetic, confidential and use models including Person Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to name a few. I also offer Hypnosis and Coaching.
I work from private premises in a lovely quiet village close to Lutterworth. Parking is directly outside and free. Usually the first step to feeling better Is talking to someone in a quiet, empathetic, and non judgemental environment. I offer this as I know I would want this in a therapeutic setting. I alsoffer contact between sessions for those who need it.
