Hello, I am Sabine, a Psychologist and Psychotherapist in advanced training. I believe in what the therapeutic relationship could offer: a nurturing environment where you can talk about your difficulties. This can lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your worries, which can be the first step for real change. My approach is guided by the “I am OK – You’re OK”: people are born OK and can re-decide their own life. I believe that a person can change their dysfunctional relational and behavioural patterns, if and when they are provided with a facilitating and non-judgemental environment. I have international experience working in Italy, Spain, and Brazil where I have experienced and seen how crucial is the cultural Script we all carry with us. I have a particular interest in working with the body and its relation with mental health. I am deeply interested in Women’s issues and the changes that woman's body faces through life.
Starting psychotherapy can be anxiety-provoking. However, through therapy we can work on the relationship with yourself and start to make the changes you need. I offer short and long-term therapy.
