I am an Integrative Psychosynthesis counsellor and a professionally trained and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). In working together, we will use traditional psychotherapy techniques, guided imaginary, and psychosomatic interventions.
As a therapist, I recognise and appreciate the transformative potential of challenging life events or states of psychological crisis. We will focus on your present moment experience as well as consider your past; in doing so we will pay attention to mind, body, and emotions - to bring them into balance.
