Hi! I'm Ruth, a Psychotherapist, working with clients aged 8 and up, especially families, and I'd like to help you. Are you struggling with feeling anxious, overwhelmed or uncertain about your life? As a psychotherapist and former teacher, I've 20 years experience working with and supporting children, young people and families, and adults in education, charitable organisations and in my practice. I use a range of psychotherapy techniques - CBT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation & coaching. Your therapy will be holistic and tailored to your needs.
We will create a safe space for you to offload your worries and explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Becoming more self-aware, you can let go of anything no longer helpful to you, and have time to connect with that deeper wiser part of yourself, rather than the louder fearful insecure part, discovering how resilient and strong you really are.
