I'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with experience of supporting adults and young people to make meaning of their experiences so that they can live their lives more fully. I work in a non judgemental way drawing from a range of methodologies depending on your needs, so the service you receive from me will be tailored to your personal situation.
