As a Professional Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Mindfulness & Breathing Coach, NLP Practitioner and Personal Trainer I very much believe in a holistic approach - supporting clients to improve their overall mental, physical and cognitive wellbeing. In my work as a coach and therapist, I support clients who have been struggling with their physical and mental health - tapping into their subconscious mind to help them overcome the fears, habits, addictions or patterns of behaviour that have been holding them back, enabling them to become the best version of themselves. Within this process, hypnotherapy is a central transformative tool.
I offer an initial, 20-minute FREE telephone consultation . Thereafter, hypnotherapy sessions take place in my studio in Milngavie, Glasgow. The number of sessions and the way in which they are structured is determined by client needs, and can be combined with other forms of therapy, coaching and mentoring where appropriate.
With over 30 years' experience of working in education, social care, mental health and fitness, I bring a unique range of experience with me to the therapy room.
