I work in Bristol, offering a compassionate and confidential space in which to explore feelings and experiences at a pace which suits you. You may come with specific things that you would like to talk about, or you may struggle to articulate what you're feeling and why. Psychotherapy offers a space to uncover those difficult feelings and for you to be fully heard, perhaps for the first time. It is my belief that this kind of therapy can lead us into greater understanding and acceptance of ourselves, which in turn provides the opportunity for freedom and change.
I am currently in my sixth year of training and am a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. I have experience working with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, social anxiety and performance anxiety, childhood and developmental trauma, religious and spiritual trauma and crises of faith, sexual trauma, parenting, birth trauma and post natal depression.
