As a therapist with extensive experience working with various types of trauma I understand the multifaceted and nuanced nature of each individuals journey. I understand the anxieties these experiences result in and how daunting it feels to reach out. I offer an empathetic and confidential environment to adults looking to explore and understand their experiences. I understand that there various reasons why someone would seek therapeutic support and expressing vulnerabilities can be difficulty especially if we feel we will be judged or misunderstood. I work in a holistic way that considers your unique background and beliefs.

I work integratively, which means I incorporate elements of various modalities such as person centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, integrated family systems and solution focused work. I work with a range of client concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, intergenerational trauma, childhood trauma and attachment difficulties.

I understand that your experiences are unique to your background and circumstances. I am especially interested in navigating through life experiences understanding the impact of culture and ethnicity and it's impact on mental health.
