Hello, my name is Rosh, I’m a qualified Counselling Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I am passionate about helping people live well within their current circumstances or helping them to promote change in their life if that is their goal. There are a variety of matters that may encourage you to reach out. Maybe you’re struggling with low mood or anxiety? I have mostly worked with adults and older adults using a variety of therapeutic models including an integrative approach, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Approach. I offer a relaxed, non judgemental and holistic approach to best suit your needs.
