At Rosebud Therapies, not only am I an integrative counsellor, I am also a fully trained holistic therapist. I use my expertise to work and support my clients in a holistic approach. I am passionate in working to ensure all individuals become ‘the best they can be’. I specialise in working with adults, especially women to empower and support them through bereavement, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, parenting, low self-esteem and confidence. I have been volunteering with a women’s charity for the last 5 years. I am CRUSE trained (Bereavement) and also volunteered with Save our Sons and Daughters (SOSAD) Drogheda.
As an integrative counsellor who is person-centered, Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic trained through Ulster University. I am also an Holistic Counsellor supporting the client to enhance not just the mind but the individual as a whole being. My aim is to support the client on their journey of life.
I offer a safe, secure, private and confidential environment where clients can come over and have a cuppa and explore their issues to an empathetic listener. With my training in CRUSE (Bereavement) I believe I can help and support others through their grief.
