Art therapy offers an open and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences through pictures and words. I aim to provide a place for you to slow down and feel supported whilst we work together to understand your needs, core beliefs and process your experiences. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, shame, loss, relationships or life transitions, art therapy can be a wonderful way to build awareness and new ways of being. You do not need previous experience of art making to access art therapy, only the curiosity to use materials in a way that is meaningful to you.
My approach is person-centred, creative and psychodynamic, working collaboratively with you to help make sense of your inner world and find new ways of building a healthy relationship with yourself and others. I can offer support whether you are wanting to focus on a specific issue, are not sure where to start, or simply wish to carve out space to reconnect.
With a focus on agency and relationship, my practice is trauma informed, neurodivergent and LGTBQIA+ affirming. I work with adults (18+), including trainee therapists or counsellors, in-person or online.
