Human Givens Therapy draws on the best of CBT, person centred and solution focused therapy, set within a holistic understanding of what we need as human beings to lead emotionally healthy lives. It is fast and effective with most people where they want to be in around 4-6 sessions (sometimes less, occasionally a few more).
