As a person-centred therapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help individuals and couples to navigate a range of emotional and psychological challenges. These include bereavement, domestic violence, menopause issues, couples’ relationship difficulties, and trauma including birth trauma. Clients want to feel empowered so that they can heal and grow. They will do so if they are fully accepted, their dignity is respected, and they are understood. This is my approach.
In the area of trauma, I work with clients to process and move on from abuse, violence, and major life events that have left them distressed, powerless, and stuck. The healing journey begins by helping them to reclaim control.Anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one will tell you that bereavement is a deeply personal experience.
